The Vibert boxes are used for incubation and hatching of salmonid eggs in running waters.
The VibertBox is 70 mm high, 63 mm wide and 45 mm deep. The box can be filled with max. 1.000 pieces of salmonid eggs.
The boxes are placed in the gravel at spawning sites. The boxes offer the greatest possible protection from predators until the hatchlings swim out. Furthermore, the greatest possible acclimatisation of the fish to the location is achieved.
