After opening the fish, the innards are removed by vacuum suction and the gullet is separated by a special knife. Due to the professional design of the mouthpiece of the suction device, it is not necessary to re-brush the eviscerated fish. If necessary, the gills can be removed immediately during the slaughtering process.
The Salmofix slaughter aid is suitable for gutting fish from 200 – 1,300 g. The hourly output is between 400 – 500 pieces after appropriate training. The Salmofix head is supplied with the connection hoses.
