Caviar is a unique product on the market. This larval feed is produced by agglomeration – the individual feed components are combined with gelatine in a special manufacturing process to create a compact micropellet. Schematic representation see below.
This product uses spray-dried raw materials such as marine fish, krill, fish roe, soya lecithin, squid meal, microalgae, fish gelatine and vegetable oils. Caviar has a protein content of 55%, fat content of 15% and a moisture content of 8%.
